I love this picture on so many different levels. First, it is the perfect Crowley: the attitude, the vague sense of sauntering while stationary, the apple. Second, the technique. The coloring is minimalist but shockingly effective, the detail extraordinary while not being overbearing, and the shading is so incredibly three-dimensional. I just love this very much.
