This looks more like Sherlock is a full robot than a cyborg. That would actually make an interesting AU where Sherlock is a robot/AI who's programed to be great at solving cases but doesn't understand humans very well, like their emotions, social norms etc., which is why he acts so strange and rude. Fortunately, all John has to do in this version is take him back to his manufacturer to be fixed and he'll be just like he was before the fall.
